Arrived in Finland, MN tonight (population about 75). We found this great group of people who helped us find lodging and Damian..... yes we lost Damian! It was getting dark and he was riding into Finland. According to Damian he knew his way and he was having a good time.

I'm pretty sure this is an organic chicken :)

We met this shopper and talked to her about what she bought in the store. We then did something really fun. We replaced all her food with organic food. Don't want to give away too much, but this turned out GREAT!!!!

Today we interviewed Carmen Fernholz. Carmen is an organic crop farmer. This year he is growing organic corn. He grows different crops on a rotation, which include barley, oats, wheat, corn & soybeans. He is also the Organic Agriculture Coordinator for the University of Minnesota.

We had an great visit with him!

HELPING TO HEAL

Today we had the honor of spending the day with Dr. Charles Reinert and his staff.

Damian had acupuncture done and I was hypnotized. :) We were not expecting to do that and we are grateful for all they did for us. The day was very special!!!!

By the end of the day everyone here and Tracy held a very special place in my heart... Then Dr Reinert gave me (and my crew) this afghan. That made my week! I'm not sure if he knew what this gift meant to me. I will cherish it for the rest of my life!

On our way to Nebraska we hit a storm. The storm followed us for 5 hours. It was scary!!

We stayed in the Salt Lake City area for 3 nights. We went swimming in the Great Salt Lake, it was amazing!

Little America Organic Orchard (New Harmony, Utah)

Arrived in New Harmony Utah to speak to Gary Suppe. We spent a good part of the day on Gary's farm. He has an amazing piece of land (about 30 acres). We had a nice tour of his organic apple orchard, his sheep, his pond with coy fish, a huge barn in the back.....

50 miles before we arrived in Vegas we dropped Damian off and he rode his bike to Vegas. Stayed for the night.... Interviewed random people on the strip.
